Parallel with the courses, in order to create trainee positions for the women, the women's qualifications are recognized and improved. Moreover, a dialogue with companies about development of job (job design) will be initialized to make it possible to use the women's qualifications and expand the company's recruitment options.
Job training has two purposes:
1. To recognize and improve each woman's qualifications.
2. To initialize a dialogue with the company about designing a special job function (job design) to gain benefit from the women's often versatile qualifications.
The project will perform a running follow-up of the woman and the company through Danish classes and guidance during job training.
Job training
The job training will end with a meeting between participant, teacher and the company's contact person using the language description form.
Experiences from the project will be mainstreamed to the rest of "Region Hovedstaden".
The project will create a "Job Design Guide" based on the work and job design experiences. This guide will be available for job and management consultants in the region.
Four times a year, development and testing of tools regarding job design will be a point at "Going home meetings". The meetings are organized by the project manager, if required, in cooperation with companies. Dates, time and place for the meetings will be announced under the link "Going home meetings".
The first "Going home meeting" is held May 19th at 5pm – 6:30pm at Sprogcenter Nordsjælland, Milnersvej 41C, 3400 Hillerød.
